Who is this trip geared towards?

This trip is for persons who own/run small businesses or persons who plan to start their own business and would like to explore the possibility of sourcing through China.

Is this trip only for Trinidad and Tobago nationals?

No. This trip is targeted to everyone from 21+ years. However, please note that it will be an English speaking tour.

How big is the group size?

We would like to provide an intimate experience for our travelers. As such, we are focusing on small group sizes, around 8-10 persons per tour.

Do you need a visa to go to China?

Yes you will need a visa. All travelers are responsible for their own visas. However, TM Business Solutions will support with obtaining the invitation letters for the Canton Fair. Furthermore, we will provide the detailed itinerary to take to the Embassy/Consulate.

What is included in the package?

This trip is mostly all inclusive. It includes 4 star hotel accommodation with breakfast and Wifi, transportation during the trip, most meals, and entry tickets to tour attractions. Also, you will be accompanied by our knowledgeable staff.

What is not included?

Airfare is not included. This decision was made so that our clients can have the freedom to choose where they are traveling from, or if they prefer to book with miles, etc. Furthermore, passport and visa fees, alcoholic beverages, hotel incidentals, transportation and tours during personal free time, travel medical insurance, some lunches and dinners, and tips/gratuities (this is not expected in China) are not included.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Payment can be made via cheque (TT nationals only), wire transfer (TTD and USD), WeTravel through our website, or PayPal. Additional fees will be required for payments through PayPal.

What happens if I need to cancel after registration?

Initial registration requires a 30% downpayment. We understand that things may happen and will work with you to find a reasonable solution. See Terms and Conditions for more details.

Do I need travel insurance?

Travel medical insurance is MANDATORY to participate in this trip. However, it is the responsibility of the traveler to get his/her own travel medical insurance. All travelers must email a signed copy of the travel medical insurance before the trip date.

How do I prepare for this trip?

Visiting China will be a very unique experience. Once registration is complete we will communicate with you via email, phone, and travel meet-ups prior to the trip to discuss navigating China and the Canton Fair.

Do you provide other trip to China?

Yes. We are planning to include trips for persons in the beauty industry, and other wholesale markets. As entrepreneurs/business people, you may be interested in traveling to specific regions in China for factory visits, etc. You can send an email to info@tmbizsolutions.com to request a meeting to determine if we can customize a trip for you.
